Holiday Club

WELCOME TO SCHOOL OUT!

We are aged from 4 – 11 years.

Our club is held at Oakfield Lane Community Primary School where we can come along for full days during school holidays from 7am until 6.30pm and we have a full and planned itinerary of activities which takes us off site when weather permits. We visit local parks and places of interest as well as activity centres. Our key persons listen to our ideas and plan these into our itinerary whenever they can

We have access to 4 buses, so that we can go to places of interest that are a little further afield. All are fully insured, and have 3 point belt systems and bolster seats if we are under the regulation height. Sometimes we will go in 2 groups according to age and on different days if there are too many of us to go at one time safely.

Our drivers and key persons are all CRB checked and employed by the nursery.

If we want to spend some time alone then we respect that whilst at the same time including each other in our play. We are independent and learning to be sociable adults and reminded of this if we get a little boisterous with each other! The philosophy of our club is to come along, meet new and old friends, and play together in harmony.

We have been known in the past to end our club activities by showing off our budding talents on stage – all written and choreographed by us!!

We bring along a packed lunch each day and like this to be healthy eating please!! We don’t have chocolate bars because they melt in the sunshine and make a jolly good mess, but we do enjoy lots of fruit, water drinks and energy bars because - boy do we need energy……………..!!!

We will be happy to show you an example of our club itinerary. However we can only give current itineraries out when we receive a confirmed bookings.

Bookings

Please note bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Our charges are £23 for a full day (7am-6.30pm) providing the bookings & payment has been received within 7 working days of the club starting.

If the booking is made after this time, the price will increase to £26 per day.

This is mainly because we need to know as early as possible how many children we will have in the club for staffing reasons and to ensure we have lots of people around us all of the time.
